Week two SUSP workshop

This week's workshop focused on Independent vs. Collaborative Projects and the Development of Leadership Skills. This program defined many of the pros and cons of working both individually and in groups as well as provided several suggestions on how to deal with various cons of both scenarios. We discussed collaborating with individuals of the same field, different fields, and of different educations levels. We identified skills and characteristics of a good leader in both an independent and collaborative experience. The program ended with a time-limited group activity and informal presentation, thus stressing the importance of collaboration.
